How to place an order?

All orders are custom made, please fill out the contact us form or email us directly with your inquiry. 

Do you deliver locally?

We use a courier service to deliver some of our smaller items such as chocolates, jars and boxed items. 

However tray/stand arrangements, bomboniere and christening sets will need to be picked up from us in Georges Hall, Sydney. 

Do you ship interstate and worldwide?

Yes! we post out interstate and worldwide to a majority of countries. Some items cannot be posted as they might be too fragile or may get damaged in transit. There is a postage fee depending on the weight and size of the package, which will be calculated after the order is placed.

We do not deliver arrangements/decorations locally, interstate or overseas. 

What price do the chocolates start from?

Decorated chocolates start from $3.00 a piece, pricing depends on the design, size and quantities ordered. 

Do you provide packages?

Yes absolutely! Please contact us to discuss creating a package that best suits your budget. 

How much notice is needed?

Please allow as much notice as possible as we may be booked out, or the item you are interested in may be out of stock.

We require at least 4-6 weeks notice for all orders. 

What are the payment methods?

Cash or bank transfer are the payment methods.

Why is my arrangement/items not the same as the picture I originally ordered?

Unfortunately there will always be changes in stock from our suppliers which is out of our control. If this is the case, we may use a similar looking item instead, or contact you to choose another selection.
