How to place an order?

All orders are custom made, please fill out the contact us form or email us directly with your inquiry.

Do you deliver locally?

We can deliver through a private courier service some of our smaller items such as chocolates, jars and boxed items, or alternatively pick up is from Georges Hall. 

Tray/stand arrangements, bomboniere and christening sets will need to be picked up from us.

Do you ship interstate and worldwide?

Yes! we post out interstate and worldwide to a majority of countries.

Postage fee depending on the weight and size of the package, which will be calculated once the order is placed.

We do not deliver arrangements/decorations locally, interstate or overseas. 

We do not take any responsibility for any damage, melt or loss once the package has been sent. 

What price do the chocolates start from?

Decorated chocolates start from $3.00 a piece, pricing depends on the design.

Do you provide packages?

Yes absolutely!  We have set packages for baby arrivals and weddings. 

Alternatively we can create a package that best suits your budget.

How much notice is needed?

Please allow as much notice as possible as we may be booked out, or the item you are interested in may be out of stock.

We require at least 4-6 weeks notice for all orders. 

International/interstate orders require at least 6 - 8 weeks notice.

What are the payment methods?

Cash or bank transfer are the payment methods.

Overseas payments - Pay-pal is accepted also.

Why is my arrangement/items not the same as the picture I originally ordered?

Unfortunately there will always be changes in stock from our suppliers which is out of our control. If this is the case, we may use a similar looking item instead, or contact you to choose another selection.
